What type of coloring is used on your toys?
Many of the products are free from paints; however, for those that include color, we use a non-toxic, water-based watercolor stain. Unlike traditional paint that sits on the surface, this stain penetrates the wood, ensuring a natural look. We avoid using wood stains entirely. Rest assured, the coloring meets CPSC safety standards, guaranteeing a safe and worry-free experience for your children. 

How long does it take for my product to be shipped?
Currently, the wait time is 2 weeks, but we are actively working to reduce it. Production times can vary based on factors such as the number of orders we are processing at any given time. 

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of arrival.  Simply return your product to the return address on your label.  We do not cover return shipping costs.
